With our Precision Cad/Cam Facility and CNC machine we have become one of the leading Die Manufacturers in Vasai (Mumbai). We also design and make mold bases for Injection mold Mahines.
At Our factory in Vasai on our VMC machines we make parts for oil and gas industries. Flanges, Hammer Unions, bonnets and Metal Seats and Reset relieve valves.Mold bases,Core and cavity machining.
At impel we are known to manufacturer Standard Mould Base. Standard Mould base are generally used in most of the mold making industries. These molds offer flexibility and interchangeability with multiple inserts, with significant reduction in the mold base cost and help in developing Prototypes within a short time limit.
Our Machining process is concentrated on providing high quality mould bases. We also do core and cavity machining for Die Making industry using latest CAD/CAM technology.
Impel Engineering is a renowned for user defined mold bases-. Customized Mould base are generally used in prototype molding which is used for various

Our in house engineering & design department can create CAD/CAM drawings of your parts & prepare CNC code for maching. We also accept your drawings and prepare them for production. We specialize in Delcams PowerSHAPE and PowerMILL CAD/CAM software, but are able to accept drawings from any program that creates an IGES file. We use the legal and latest version of Delcam software.
As part of our services we also do Product Design for various Engineering components and Design and manufacture for Various Automotive and Aerospace industry.
We have a VMC with a travel of 1000x550x500 with ATC and Thru Coolant and 4 axis Add on Table of Tsudakoma
In 2014 we started our Training Center with the name 5X-CAD/CAM where we do programming services and Training on Delcam products.
