Admissions are currently Open from Nursery to Grade - V (Academic Year 2020 - 21)
SIR JP's KINDERGARTEN MADH accepts all children whom we believe have a reasonable chance of academic and social success at our school without discrimination of gender, race, religion or nationality. We are not a selective school and provide that students do not have severe learning or behavioural difficulties; we normally accept them on a first come first served basis. Admissions are subject to vacancies in the different grades.

Under normal circumstances, students are assigned to classes on the basis of age. However, factors such as previous records, physical and emotional development and results of placement are also considered. The final decision on acceptance and placement is taken by the Principal, based on advice from other members of the educational team and the information obtained with respect to:

| • | The potential of the applicant to benefit from the programmes and educational services available | |
| • | The capacity of the school to meet the educational needs of the applicant | |
| • | The completed admission form must be accompanied by the following documents at the time of registration: | |
| * | Duly filled medical form | |
| * | Original birth certificate of the candidate + 1 photo copy | |
| * | 4 recent passport size photographs of the student | |
| * | Two recent passport size photographs each of the persons (mother, father, guardian, etc) who are going to fetch or drop the child from/to the school | |
| * | Original School Leaving Certificate (where applicable) | |
| * | Photocopies of the last three year’s report cards | |

Parents along with the children are expected to be present on the day of appointment. Primary and secondary students have placement tests in Mathematics and English. The tests are set on an age appropriate ICSE curriculum. Orientation for the new students/parents would also be held before the school reopens for a new academic session.
The admission confirmation letter can be collected from the school office immediately after all formalities are completed and the payments are made.
Fee can be paid in Cash or by NEFT, RTGS, Card Payment,Online Payment,Cheques/Demand Draft. Cheques/Demand Drafts must be drawn in favour of “CHANDRAVATI EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION ”.
