Project Management
Generating preliminary design documents, job specification and building/conversion contract and submission to Client for tendering.
Provide expertise to assist the client in evaluation of tendering proposal.
Provide on-site expertise for new building and conversion of offshore vessels in the following areas:
- Review and approval of all plans and drawings, equipment and analysis
- Survey of fabrication and installation
- Liaising with Owners, shipyard, equipment suppliers and Classification Society
- Monitoring of building/conversion progress
- Conducting dock and sea trials
